DO NOT EMAIL YOUR NEWSLETTERS DIRECTLY THROUGH KW COMMAND

Whenever you use KW Command’s built-in Mailchimp newsletter feature, KW Command replaces your entire Mailchimp subscriber list, including the back-end MERGE tags. If that happens, your contact info, logo, picture, etc. won’t merge into your newsletter.

INSTEAD, you should use the sync method in KW Command.

Syncing your contact list with Mailchimp will update your list with new contacts, without replacing the entire list. You’ll log into Mailchimp to send your newsletters, not KW Command.
